Truthfully, the work landscape keeps changing especially due to technological advancements, social and societal needs, and global trends. For example 10 years ago, careers such as social media influencing, Amazon drone deliveries, and AI Chabot engineers did not exist, yet in the present day they have caused major disruptions and shifts in their industries. According to a publication by Business Daily, showed that Kenya, organizations are focused on hiring problem solvers and relationship builders to help them deliver value.
