Marilyne is the founder of Career Bridge Limited.

She is passionate about helping people make the most out of their careers and helping organizations find and build the best talent. Marilyne has over 10 years of work experience in human resources management and career development. She worked with private sector organizations and United Nations agencies(UNDP, UNFAO and UNWFP) in various HR management positios. Currently pursuing PhD in HRM and Career Coach Certification by Career Development Institute(CDI)-UK. She Holds a Bachelor of Education Arts degree, Diploma in HRM and Master degree in Corporate Communications.

Her passion for career coaching grew out of her experience as a HR professional over 10 years where she supported staff learning and career development and talent recruitment and selection. She helped many staff to develop clear career goals and action their plans, transition and retirement plans.

From her experience and further research and study, she developed the five-career coaching programmes to serve people at various stages of their career. Later she started developing trainings in core competencies and managerial competencies to help both staff and organizations perform better.

Through her work experience the vision of Career Bridge Limited as a talent management company anchored on two business pillars: Career Coaching and Human Resources Management Consultancy.
